In 1997 Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery was launched featuring American-style food with a full range of award-winning premium beers handcrafted on-site.

The group's second venture, Café Iguana opened in 2000 serving margaritas and tequila, with over 100 different 100% Agave labels available.
 
In 2005, WineGarage opened its doors to a wine-loving crowd as a restaurant, bar, and wine retail shop. This chic restaurant by the river features over 500 wine labels and offers inspired seasonal cuisine that focuses on Mediterranean flavours.
