MENU Pte. Ltd. Food & Drinks Group came into being in 2007.
Originally called Brewerkz Singapore Pte Ltd in
1996, the current name is intended to reflect that the company has
grown from being a single concept to an operation that currently includes
Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery with its menu of American-style
favorites and a range of 12 beers brewed on-site, Café Iguana, a Mexican
cantina that has great food, 150 tequilas and mezcals and not a drop
of bad tequila behind its bar, and Garage(now closed), the perfect private party venue that offers chef-chosen tasting menus that can be paired with wines, tequilas, cocktails, spirits and even beers.
The group was originally the brain-child of US-born Devin Otto Kimble
and Chilean Daniel E. Flores who opened Brewerkz Restaurant &
Microbrewery in 1997. The 175-seat Café Iguana came on the
scene in 2000 and was followed by Garage(now closed), which has 140 seats,
in 2005. The MENU Group then opened a 200-seat restaurant at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Brewerkz Bar & Grill features a wood burning pizza oven, award-winning beers and a fantastic river-front location. |
