MENU Pte. Ltd. Food & Drinks Group came into being in 2007. Originally called Brewerkz Singapore Pte Ltd in 1996, the current name is intended to reflect that the company has grown from being a single concept to an operation that currently includes Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery with its menu of American-style favorites and a range of 12 beers brewed on-site, Café Iguana, a Mexican cantina that has great food, 150 tequilas and mezcals and not a drop of bad tequila behind its bar, and WineGarage, which features the cuisine of Chef Travis Masiero and a 700+ label wine list. The group was originally the brain-child of US-born Devin Otto Kimble and Chilean Daniel E. Flores who opened Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery in 1997. The 175-seat Café Iguana came on the scene in 2000 and was followed by WineGarage, which has 140 seats, in 2005. The next outlet for the company will be a 200 seat restaurant at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Brewerkz Bar & Grill will feature a wood burning pizza oven and a fantastic river-front location. |
