From the kitchen staff to the servers, from the cleaners to the brewery and from the administration to the executive managers, we have built a team of hardworking, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals who serve nearly 1,500 customers every day, 7 days a week.
 
We are a diverse group from all throughout the world. And people from a dozen countries have worked with us over the years.
 
A large number of our employees have been with us for over five years. And there is a surprising contingent who has either been with the company from its inception or been involved with it for over 8 years. So there is a world of experience in our organization.
 
But work is not all we do. We also play well together. MENU people participate in a healthy number of running, biking and swimming events every year, proudly wearing our corporate logos on our strips.
