Varen Liew, General Manager of Brewerkz Riverside Point :
Varen never thought he had a knack for this industry. Wanting to travel the world, this adventure-seeker sought a career as a travel agent and completed his IATA UFTAA Travel and Tourism diploma and advance diploma.
Nonetheless, he settled down in the hospitality industry and built his foundation in customer service at Pan Pacific Hotel and Goodwood Park Hotel. He finally joined Brewerkz in 1998 as a server and showed great aptitude and attitude. Varen quickly escalated up the ladder to his current position.

Alex Lam, General Manager
of
Brewerkz Indoor Stadium:
Graduating in 1998 with a Diploma in Hospitality
and Catering Management from Syuen Hotel and Catering Management Institute
in Malaysia, Alex decided to pursue his love for food and beverage
in Singapore.
He began his career within the same year at
Brewerkz as a full-time server, before moving on to Café
Iguana in 2003 as a Service Manager. He was then presented with
the opportunity of leading the opening team at Brewerkz 2nd outlet
at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Alex presently oversees the day-to-day
service operation and is proud of Brewerkz’s expansion.

Shah Bahari, General Manager of Brewerkz Bukit Timah:
Shah’s passion for the food and beverage industry is apparent to those around her. She has actively sought exposure at Café Iguana, The Penny Black London Pub, The Cavern and Toucan.
With her stellar work ethic and fun personality, this former Bar Supervisor at Café Iguana quickly rose the ranks and now helms Brewerkz’ outlet in Bukit Timah as its general manager.
