Kenvin Tan, Senior Sous Chef of Café Iguana:In 2000, Kenvin started his career at Brewerkz as a Cook after being awarded a Chef Training Certificate from Syuen Hotel & Catering Management Institute in 1999.In 2002, he moved on to Café Iguana as a Kitchen Supervisor before becoming the Senior Sous Chef overseeing all aspects of Café Iguana's kitchen orders, preparation and production.
