Kenvin Tan, Kitchen Manager of Café Iguana Riverside Point:In 2000, Kenvin started his career at Brewerkz as a Cook after being awarded a Chef Training Certificate from Syuen Hotel & Catering Management Institute in 1999.In 2002, he moved on to Café Iguana as a Kitchen Supervisor before becoming the Kitchen Manager overseeing all aspects of Café Iguana's kitchen orders, preparation and production. Steve Lim, Kitchen Manager of Café Iguana Greenwood Avenue:Like many items at Café Iguana, Steve’s culinary career was built from scratch. He started working in Rasa Sentosa as a cook at the mere age of 19 and learned the basics of cooking and cutting. In 2001, he joined Café Iguana and showed his flair for cooking.
