Eddy Su, General Manager of Café Iguana Riverside Point:Jovial and friendly, Eddy is perfectly suited to the food and beverage industry. And it was by no accident that he was promoted to General Manager.Working his way up from server when he joined Brewerkz in 1999, Eddy’s personality shone through and he was promoted to supervisor. Thereafter, he brought his experience to Café Iguana and has contributed to the success of the outlet. Kenvin Tan, Kitchen Manager of Café Iguana Riverside Point:In 2000, Kenvin started his career at Brewerkz as a Cook after being awarded a Chef Training Certificate from Syuen Hotel & Catering Management Institute in 1999.In 2002, he moved on to Café Iguana as a Kitchen Supervisor before becoming the Kitchen Manager overseeing all aspects of Café Iguana's kitchen orders, preparation and production.
