Eddy Su, General Manager of Café Iguana Riverside Point:

Jovial and friendly, Eddy is perfectly suited to the food and beverage industry. And it was by no accident that he was promoted to General Manager.

Working his way up from server when he joined Brewerkz in 1999, Eddy’s personality shone through and he was promoted to supervisor. Thereafter, he brought his experience to Café Iguana and has contributed to the success of the outlet.

Now, Eddy oversees Café Iguana’s flagship outlet at Riverside Point, ensuring the popular hangout dishes out great food and stellar service.

Kenvin Tan, Kitchen Manager of Café Iguana Riverside Point:

In 2000, Kenvin started his career at Brewerkz as a Cook after being awarded a Chef Training Certificate from Syuen Hotel & Catering Management Institute in 1999.
 
In 2002, he moved on to Café Iguana as a Kitchen Supervisor before becoming the Kitchen Manager overseeing all aspects of Café Iguana's kitchen orders, preparation and production.

Lawrence Michael, General Manager of Café Iguana Greenwood Avenue:

Lawrence joined Brewerkz in year 2000 as a Service Supervisor and was promoted to Floor Manager within a year. He was then transferred to Café Iguana.

He now heads Café Iguana Greenwood Avenue’s service team as the General Manager and is proud that Café Iguana is Singapore's most popular spot for Mexican food and Tequila.

Steve Lim, Kitchen Manager of Café Iguana Greenwood Avenue:

Like many items at Café Iguana, Steve’s culinary career was built from scratch. He started working in Rasa Sentosa as a cook at the mere age of 19 and learned the basics of cooking and cutting.

In 2001, he joined Café Iguana and showed his flair for cooking. Steve now heads Café Iguana Greenwood Avenue’s kitchen, ensuring each dish reaches the customer perfectly.
