Chan Yen Leng, Events & Catering Manager:Yen Leng started her career in the food and beverage sector initially as a part-time server at Brewerkz in 1999 while undertaking a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences at the National University of Singapore. Upon graduation in 2003, she took on the position of Accounts Executive, before moving on to her present post.As the Events & Catering Manager, she handles party and catering enquiries for all MENU outlets, working closely with the Managers of Brewerkz, Café Iguana and WineGarage.
