Chan Yen Leng, Events & Catering

Yen Leng started her career in the food and beverage sector initially as a part-time server at Brewerkz in 1999 while undertaking a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences at the National University of Singapore. Upon graduation in 2003, she took on the position of Accounts Executive, before moving on to her present post in 2005. As the Events Executive, she handles party and catering enquiries for all MENU outlets, working closely with the Managers of Brewerkz, Café Iguana and WineGarage. In addition, she co-ordinates and participates in the MENU Group's internal events, such as triathlons and marathons encouraging employees to create a work-life balance.
