Chan Yen Leng, Events & Catering
Manager:
Yen Leng started her career in the food and beverage
sector initially as a part-time server at Brewerkz in 1999 while undertaking
a Bachelor of Arts & Social Sciences at the National University
of Singapore. Upon graduation in 2003, she took on the position of
Accounts Executive, before moving on to her present post.
As the Events & Catering Manager, she handles party and catering
enquiries for all MENU outlets, working closely with the Managers
of Brewerkz, Café Iguana and WineGarage. Her experience in
food and beverage has contributed greatly to the success of MENU Catering.
