Tan Leng Chuan, Executive Chef

In 1998 Chuan joined Brewerkz as a Kitchen Supervisor but moved to the Hard Rock Café in Bangkok two years later as Kitchen Manager. He rejoined Brewerkz in 2001 as the Kitchen Manager, and now oversees all aspects of Brewerkz' kitchen preparation and production.

With talent and tenacity, Chuan has been promoted to Executive Chef and now oversees all MENU outlets.
