Charles Soh, General Manager of Garage:
Charles received his formal food and beverage training in Switzerland where he received a Diploma in Hotel Management. And his training there exposed him to both operational and management aspects of the industry. In 1999, Charles joined Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery which led him to become part of the management team for WineGarage in 2005.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Charles believes that good customer service is about bringing customers back by always being friendly and helpful to your guests. Now he leads all MENU outlets in providing exceptional customer service.

Tim Ross-Watson, Chef de Cuisine of Garage:
A graduate of The Academy of Culinary Arts' Specialized Chef's Programme, Tim is trained in classic French and English cooking, and has garnered a wealth of experience at some of London's top restaurants and prestigious hotels. Some of the restaurants he has worked at include Gordon Ramsay's Foxtrot Oscar, The Embassy London and Auberge du Lac. In 2010, he brought his penchant for progressive cooking, literally, to the plate at Garage. Tim continues to draw inspiration from classic Asian, French and English dishes to create stunning interpretations of these traditional dishes.
