Daniel Durkin, General Manager & Executive Chef:Initially relocating from the US to join Café Iguana as the opening Chef, Daniel Durkin now leads the operation of Brewerkz and Café Iguana as General Manager and Executive Chef. Prior to his arrival in Singapore, Dan was the Sous Chef at the highly acclaimed Zenith Restaurant in Denver, where he worked under the direction of celebrity chef-restaurateur Kevin Taylor. Dan has cooked for numerous heads of state including the President of the US Bill Clinton, British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Russian President Boris Yeltzin. In addition, he has worked with several world famous Chefs, including Julia Child, Francoise Payard, Jean-George Vongerichten, and Daniel Boulud. Dan is currently in charge of MENU's latest project, Brewerkz Bar & Grill at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
