Charles Soh, Group General Manager:Charles received his formal food and beverage training in Switzerland where he received a Diploma in Hotel Management. And his training there exposed him to both operational and management aspects of the industry. In 1999, Charles joined Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery which led him to become part of the management team for WineGarage in 2005.With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Charles believes that good customer service is about bringing customers back by always being friendly and helpful to your guests.
