Anthony Lee, Senior Manager / Acting HR: Starting his career with Brewerkz as an Assistant Service Manager in 1999, Anthony was involved in all operational matters, including human resource functions.

After spending almost nine years in operation and gathering invaluable experience in human resource, he eased into this new role in 2008.

His current role involves manpower planning, training and development, talents acquisition, and compensation and benefits management. Anthony also supports restaurant operations by creating and delivering strategic human resource initiatives.

Before joining Brewerkz, Anthony has had three years experience in the casual dining and banquet service at Goodwood Park Hotel. A perfectionist in providing great customer service, Anthony aims to lead a service team to provide a 'We do what Werkz' experience to all guests. He now oversees over 350 staff members and counting.
