Alex Lam, Senior Service Manager
of
Brewerkz Indoor Stadium:
Graduating in 1998 with a Diploma in Hospitality
and Catering Management from Syuen Hotel and Catering Management Institute
in Malaysia, Alex decided to pursue his love for food and beverage
in Singapore.
He began his career within the same year at
Brewerkz as a full-time server, before moving on to Café
Iguana in 2003 as a Service Manager. He was then presented with
the opportunity of leading the opening team at Brewerkz 2nd outlet
at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Alex presently oversees the day-to-day
service operation and is proud of Brewerkz’s expansion.
Juliana Wong, Kitchen Manager
of
Brewerkz Indoor Stadium:
Juliana joined the MENU group in year 2000 with
a previous stint at Raffles Hotel Singapore and Puteri Pan Pacific
Hotel Johor Bahru. She has since grown with the company and is now
heading the kitchen at Brewerkz Indoor Stadium.
Juliana
has been sent to the USA for a certification course at Verace Pizza
Napoletana Association (VPN), a Department of Commerce style certification
body that strictly stipulates the ingredients, techniques and equipment
required in the production of a proper Neopolitan pizza. Brewerkz
Bar & Grill will be the only restaurant with VPN certification
in Southeast Asia.
