Sarah Kirchmann, Marketing &
Communications Manager:
Sarah brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, particularly
in Food & Beverage, from her hometown in Denver, Colorado to
MENU.
Prior to joining the local restaurant group in July 2007, she honed
her marketing acumen at 3- and 4-star fine dining restaurants, as
well as in the wine and spirits distribution industry.
In addition to having marketing know-how, Sarah graduated with
a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, majoring
in human development and family studies, and minoring in food and
nutrition.
This wine-lover’s passion not only extends to the restaurant
business but her enthusiasm for life and sports is infectious. She
enjoys skiing, cycling, participating in triathlons and traveling
around Asia. Sarah also chairs the American Chamber of Commerce’s
Social and Events Committee.
Lisa Tan, Marketing Executive:
Lisa joins MENU’s marketing department from a background in
public relations and journalism.
Prior to MENU, she worked in a Hong Kong-headquartered public relations
agency that specializes in communications for highly-esteemed hotels
around the world. She also wrote for several local and regional
publications, including The Business Times, TODAY, Cuisine &
Wine and several other magazines.
Lisa’s love for food transcends her job. Coming from a family
that owns a seafood restaurant, this foodie enjoys dining at the
latest restaurants and has a soft spot for baking.
A graduate of both Singapore Management University and Ngee Ann
Polytechnic, Lisa has an education in psychology, corporate communications
and mass communication. During her days at school, she emceed at
school functions and bowled competitively.
