Leong Wai Loong, General Manager of WineGarage:
Leong’s journey to wines was inspired by his passion for the beverage industry. After spending two and half years in Hotel Royal, he moved to Brewerkz and received on-the-job training as a bartender. Merely two years later, he was promoted to Bar Supervisor.
Putting his penchant to action, he worked hard for his Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification and was promoted to Bar Manager in WineGarage. Today, Leong oversees this haven for great wines and delectable cuisine.

Juliana Wong, Kitchen Manager
of WineGarage:
Juliana joined the MENU group in year 2000 with
a previous stint at Raffles Hotel Singapore and Puteri Pan Pacific
Hotel Johor Bahru. She has since grown with the company and is now
heading the kitchen at Brewerkz Indoor Stadium. Juliana
has been sent to the USA for a certification course at Verace Pizza
Napoletana Association (VPN), a Department of Commerce style certification
body that strictly stipulates the ingredients, techniques and equipment
required in the production of a proper Neopolitan pizza.

Bala Pasupathi, Wine Sommelier
of WineGarage:
Bala joined WineGarage at the time of its inception
in 2006. He was inspired to join WineGarage because of his passion
towards food and wine. As Wine Sommelier for WineGarage, Bala's role
is to ensure the wine list is contemporary and provides good value
to WineGarage customers. Bala trains the staff of WineGarage in wine
service and knowledge; and assists guests of WineGarage to choose
their wine and to feel comfortable with the wine they've selected.
With various noted achievements in wine education, Bala is currently
working toward becoming a Certified Sommelier with the internationally
esteemed Court of Master Sommeliers. Bala is extremely committed to
providing outstanding customer service, believing the guests of WineGarage
appreciate the personal touch he and the team provides.
